As a local-anesthesia-certified dental hygienist, she combines clinical skill with a personalized approach, building genuine connections with her patients and guiding them toward healthy, confident smiles, with a focus on comfort and trust.
When she's not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her two favorite people - her two sons - and staying active outdoors, especially kayaking with family and friends.
Lisa Pellicano - Dental Hygienist
Lisa brings 34 years of experience, a depth of knowledge, and a calm, compassionate presence to every patient interaction. Local-anesthesia-certified, she provides
comprehensive preventative and periodontal care, from routine cleanings to periodontal therapy. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their best smiles while prioritizing comfort, trust and a positive overall patient experience.
Lisa enjoys time outdoors, reading, and meaningful moments with her husband, two sons, and extended family.
Carrie Wray - Patient Relations Specialist
A steady, guiding force within our practice, Carrie supports patients while overseeing day-to-day operations as our Practice Manager. With more than 30 years of experience in public-facing roles, she coordinates care, leads the team, and ensures every detail of the patient experience reflects our commitment to clarity, comfort, and excellence. Carrie is dedicated to creating an environment where every patient feels respected, confident, and well cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time with her family.
Angie Sheets - Lead Dental Assistant
Angie brings more than 28 years of clinical expertise to our practice and plays a key role in supporting advanced care and guiding clinical workflows. She is committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry by mastering the latest techniques while helping ensure a seamless, well-coordinated experience for both patients and team members. Her steady, reassuring approach helps patients feel calm, comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
Away from the office, she stays active by running and teaching classes at the local YMCA, and values quality time with her husband, daughter, and their dog, Petey.
Jade Caldwell - Dental Assistant
With 18 years of experience, Jade brings warmth, experience and genuine care to every patient interaction. Carol is a dental assistant who graduated from the Wilkes Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2023.
